When entering the second floor, you will be welcomed by the soothing great room with its warm tones, high ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors and spectacular views! You will also be able to enjoy meals from the home's beautiful kitchen! There, you will experience the high end appliances, granite countertops and stunning cabinetry. This kitchen has all of the items needed to prepare that delicious meal! There is enough room for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. What a perfect end to a perfect day! Next, you will encounter the primary king bedroom with an attached bathroom that has a double vanity, a jetted tub and glass shower. *From October 2025 through 2026, WaterSound Compass Point will undergo major exterior refurbishment. Residents and guests should expect construction, boarded windows, limited balcony and garage access, and possible parking disruptions. These safety measures are essential for project completion.
Low-Speed Vehicles: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW.
- Unfortunately due to HOA rules the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own golf cart.
- If the home you are renting has a golf cart provided by the owner then please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations.
- If we have not received the proper insurance and driver's license information then YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE GOLF CART.
- Lastly, if a person without a valid driver's license is found to have operated the golf cart provided, or is found driving in a reckless manner then the guest will be fined a $750.00 charge.
*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

We had a wonderful vacation there and a Great experience other than several things not working when we arrived....Ice maker, TVs in bunk room, issues with dryer.....tv in bunk was replaced with temporary then another one was delivered later in the week. Other than service/management in and out trying to fix, we have no complaints. Love the convenience to the pool from the bunk room. Great for the older kids. Thank you for a wonderful week! We’ll be back! 😊

My family loved our unit. Very spacious and nicely done. But, we came for the beach. First-it was a haul to get to the beaches. The board walk near the unit did not go to the beach. It stopped midway. The HOA won’t let renters rent a golf cart so plan on long hikes.
The water quality was terrible-a brackish brown with dirty foam. I came for Florida’s emerald green waters not this. It’s brown because the properties pretty lakes and rivers dump brown water right near our beach.
Lastly, our visit was marred because of two flat tires. The HOA was replacing the roofs on our bldg. The contractor did a crummy job picking up lost nails in the parking lots.
