About this apartment rental
Everything you need across the street from the beach. Ground floor, Oceanside, no staircase. It is only five blocks away from the bridge. Perfectly balanced in the middle of the island from North end to South end.
Linens are supplied for the beds, towels are supplied. Beach towels are supplied, plenty of toys for the kids, boogie boards, surf boards, and more. Bathroom amenities, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, hand sanitizer, to get started and more. Kitchen, ice maker, coffee, filters, creamer, to get started, griddle, slow cooker, and more. Outside, 5ftx10ftx18 inch pool, beach wagon, gas and charcoal grill, charcoal and liter fluid supplied, and more. If there's anything special you're thinking about bringing down we may have it here, just let me know what it is and we may accommodate. Thanks 😊.

It’s an older beach cottage with pretty much everything you need for a vacation at the beach, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and personal belongings. If something is not there, Jim gets it for you. He is a great host and very available to you as needed. The location is great for the beach and walkable to some shops and restaurants. A hot tub was just recently purchased on “our” back porch and is a great added feature to the stay. My husband who does not like noise was bothered by the renter above us walking about her place what seemed like stomping all hours of the day and night. However this was my oversight in not thinking about this when I booked the ground floor.

Overall, it was very good with all they provided. A little aged, but clean with everything you'd need. 1 min walk to the beach

Absolutely fabulous place... extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, tons of room, and best of all, about 100 feet to the beach access. Owner was on top of everything, extremely responsive and accommodating. Loved it and can't wait to come back next year!
