Vacasa was awesome to work with. The property was in a very nice and central location. Kitchen and living room area very nice. Inside was nice and all the accessories were there. Rooftop view was spectacular. Place needs new rooftop furniture and interior paint but nice overall.

Beautiful and spacious home. Very comfortable and the location is fantastic. It’s off the beaten path enough that there is plenty of available street parking if you have an oversized vehicle with you, but it’s an easy walk to The Gulch and a 5 minute ride to the downtown area. Very generous host leaves plenty of name brand toiletries and has high quality hand soap at every sink.

I recommend a key pad on the back door in the garage. We loved everything about it.

Location was great-walking distance into Gulch. Reasonable distance for a walk to downtown Nashville. Pictures of townhouse are outdated - most likely from 2017 when established. Some updating, touching up should be done. 3.5 baths were great as well as 3 bedrooms. Allowed for personal space as well as gathering spaces. Overall a good experience.
