Fantastic location, easy access to lakes, trails, ski lodges' lifts, and village. this is a 4br, 2.5 bath home ,with plenty of parking and located on a private street (no throughway ,great for Kids and snow playing) Surrounded by many pine trees, . Only 20 minute walk to the Village. Close to Juniper/Eagle Lodge Lift and Canyon Lodge Lift (less than one mile for both), trolley shuttle 50 feet away, views. Like staying in a tree house, Large back open deck for BBQing (March thru Nov.), dining and fire pit (March- Nov.) under the stars.
Can accommodate up to 10 persons comfortably, ideal for families, fully equipped kitchen, local contact to help with needs. Great mid point for Yosemite, Mt. Whitney. Large screen TV's, Internet Access,. See 5 star reviews and 4.9 overall rating on other Booking Sites. I also have a local property manager should emergencies occur. No pets
Only 5 homes on this private enclosed street. Great for families with kids. Easy parking. Lake Mary Trail adjacent to house. In winter they clear lake Mary trail to the Village starting from our house. Several Lakes, Twin, Mary, George. Mamie and Horseshoe lake,' Can walk or shuttle to Village. Do not need a car for most activities .
Minimum contract age is 24 to rent for head of household, Copy of Drivers license ( with correct address)required and a list of all guests ,will send out my contract for approval. Contract will outline cancellation policy. Contract must be returned within 2 days of being sent by owner or booking will be canceled.
