The views of the mountains were stunning. A walking path for a short walk was convenient. Dog friendly. Large open living area. The kitchen cookware/utensils were well stocked. The bathrooms were clean. The proximity to the town and stores were great. Nice to be able to park 2 cars in the garage. Beautiful community. All the grounds were well maintained.
Because the unit is at the end - the views were stunning - but the wind was very strong most times. You would open the back slider to get some fresh air and couldn't because of the wind and also because it was missing a screen door. The first floor master needs the mattress replaced. The kitchen floors were dirty. You knew this when you wiped up a spill and the paper towel was filthy from dirt.
