Just a short walk to the marina and downtown, this villa combines privacy and convenience, with a beautiful outdoor space featuring a pool, hot tub, and BBQ terrace.
- Living and Dining:
The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with a spacious sectional sofabed, a 50” Smart TV, and an inviting dining area that seats six. The breakfast bar comfortably seats six more, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for cooking or enjoying a meal prepared by a private chef.
- Outdoor Space:
Step outside to a private pool and hot tub surrounded by lush greenery. The terrace includes a shaded BBQ area for al fresco dining, a comfortable seating area, and ample space to lounge in the sun. Pool heating is available for $60 per day, and the hot tub’s first gas tank is included, with additional tanks available at guest expense.
- Bedrooms:
⦁ Master Suite: King bed, private entrance to the terrace, and ensuite bath with stylish decor.
⦁ Second Bedroom: Queen bed, airy space, and shares a full bathroom.
⦁ Third Bedroom: Queen bed, spacious and light-filled, sharing a full bathroom.
- Additional Amenities:
This villa includes high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and free parking on premises.
Guests can also opt for grocery pre-stocking service for a $45 fee (plus cost of groceries) or request a private chef for meals.

Casa Esperanza is located in Cabo’s oldest planned community, Pedregal, known for its charming, safe environment and proximity to attractions. Walk just minutes to the marina, downtown Cabo, and a selection of shops and restaurants. Convenience stores like Mini Super El Gallo and Organic Ranch Market are a short walk away, offering essentials and organic products for your stay.
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is 35 miles away, approximately a 45-minute drive. Free parking is available, and the villa is within a 5-minute walk to downtown Cabo. Taxis and rideshares are readily accessible, offering easy transportation around the area.
We only provide the first gas tank full for heating the jacuzzi in case it is finished it will have to be paid at the guest`s expense (extra cost) and we can help them to order it.
The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $60 per day (must pay for entire duration of stay). However, because the jacuzzi is attached to the pool it will be a nice temperature.

Loved the condo.. it was very nice, clean well stocked.. could have used a few more kitchen items like strainer larger pan and some mixing bowls.. I missed not having an oven , maybe a toaster oven would be nice there. The roof top pool was awesome heated and the views of the city and ocean were great. The xoxo next door was very convenient.. the walk to beach was not bad at all, we saw lots of whales from that beach.. being able to check in early was very much appreciated.. the location of this condo was great close to everything we needed . I would stay here again

The condo was clean and spacious. The location was good, but recommend a rental car. RIU Beach access was nice and convenient. Recommend owner provide guests with access gate card for those that need to park a rental car. This became an issue during our stay. I would go back.
