About this apartment rental
Enjoy a relaxing stay in the resort section of the beautiful gated Kingsmill community.
Lovely 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Master includes Kingsize bed, recently remodeled bathroom with tiled shower. Second bedroom offers two full size beds and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Carpet recently replaced in second bedroom.
Two outdoor balconies with seasonal golf course, Wareham pond views from late fall to early spring(wooded the rest of the year).
Living room area includes wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa. Kitchen stocked with essentials including coffee, tea, spices , oils/ vinegar, condiments & more.
Condo also includes two computer desks, 55 inch smart TV (own subscription required ) linens, towels , free Wifi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board & laundry.
**Please let us know if you are traveling with a baby/toddler. Certain baby essentials available to make your trip easier.
Kingsmill is perfectly situated along the banks of the James River. Less then 3 miles to Busch Gardens/Water Country & short drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Duke of Gloucester Street, William & Mary, Jamestown Settlement , Colonial Parkway and everything else Williamsburg and historic triangle has to offer!
Rental of this condo includes access to miles of walking trails, playgrounds, basketball court, tennis courts, athletic fields with soccer goals "The Mill" full service coffee shop which also serves baked items, sandwiches, gelato - 5 minute walk from condo

Great location - close to all major attractions, historic sites, airports and roads. The condo was clean, well-situated, well-stocked with all necessities and comfortable. The host was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We greatly enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of the location with its historic landmarks, living history museums, reenactments, etc. It was a great place to celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary. Great location and resort amenities. The condo was furnished perfectly for the size and potential number of guests. Amy and Matt have been very effective communicators and helpful with our plans. We’d come back here again if there are future golf tournaments.

Great location, plenty of parking, and the condo is very spacious and well stocked with all the basics, from kitchen essentials to laundry detergent, bathroom amenities, dishwashing soap, etc. Amy is an excellent and highly responsive host, providing timely information leading up to arrival to quickly addressing any questions or issues. When the community sent her an update regarding a gate closure, Amy immediately shared that with us and it was very helpful. Can't recommend enough, this is a top-tier property and host.
