Wake up to golf course views in this 1,400 sq ft first-floor condo in gated Kingsmill. Features two king suites with private bathrooms, plus a fully stocked kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and two private patios on the 9th fairway. Walk to the marina and on-site restaurants, bike the trails, and be minutes from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and William & Mary. Note: resort amenities (lazy river, indoor pool, fitness center, golf) are not included or guaranteed.

THE DETAILS:
The open concept living space features a large dining room table with room for 6, a queen sleeper sofa, two over-sized sitting chairs, a computer desk/work space, a 55" 4K Smart HDTV, and a wood-burning fireplace.
The living space opens out to a private patio that steps out onto the 9th Fairway of the River Championship golf course. With wall-to-wall glass sliding doors that lead out to the covered patio, you can enjoy the incredible views from anywhere in the main living area.
Enjoy a homemade meal courtesy of the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a full complement of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, wine and water glasses, and more.
Appliances include a stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel oven with glass stove top, stainless steel dishwasher, both Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers, 4-slot toaster, and disposal.
Without ever leaving the Kingsmill neighborhood, you can enjoy a morning stroll or bike ride along the nearly 10 miles of paved trails that wind through the green spaces.
Pause and sit at one of the many benches and watch the golfers line up for their putts on the beautifully manicured green. Have a picnic lunch at the scenic Marina, and spend the afternoon playing on the water.
Take an evening walk around the course in your own backyard and then cuddle up on the couch in front of the wood-burning fireplace. The possibilities are endless.
Kingsmill is perfectly situated along the banks of the beautiful James River between Busch Gardens and the Colonial Parkway, which provides convenient access to everything Williamsburg has to offer.
You'll be less than 3 miles to Busch Gardens/Water Country USA, and a stone's throw from the Historic Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary.
Kingsmill's prime location also offers close proximity to historic Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown, where you'll also find beaches with public access.

Our stay at the condo was excellent. The condo is very spacious and has everything you would need. Nice touches with bathrobes. Great back relaxing view of the golf course. We loved it. The host was an excellent communicator.

Extremely good vacation, nice golf view, comfortable stay, and accommodating. We had easy access to Busch Gardens, Water Country, and downtown Williamsburg. There was also plenty of choices for food and shopping within 15min.

The condo was exactly as described on VRBO, cozy, clean, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Kingsmill is a wonderful place itself so convenient to Williamsburg and Jamestown, lots of resturants and things to do. For us finding this condo was a big plus, First floor and Pet friendly. Thank you Crystal and Jamie you were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Although Chrystal and Jaime (hosts) did accommodate our special request (for an additional fee), I can only give this condo a 3 star rating. Billing it as a 'luxurious condo' is a stretch. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Kings Mill property. The condo is dark (the architecture of the building makes it hard for natural light to penetrate), dated, and it's on the first floor. That may be great for guests with limited mobility, but terrible since the condo has poor insulation and you can hear your second floor neighbors stomping around and talking and laughing ALL NIGHT LONG!
When we (me, my husband, two grown daughters and one son-in-law) arrived, the cleaning service had stuffed most of the sheets and towels into the dryer and left before it was finished. We needed a second set of sheets for the pull out sofa (this condo says it sleeps 6 but two must share a sofa bed to make that possible). Since the dryer was so stuffed, the laundry had not dried properly and it smelled bad (wet and moldy). I had to re-wash and dry the sheets before using--not something I was anticipating for a luxury stay....
The positives? Kings Mill property is very convenient to most attractions in Williamsburg and as a runner, I really appreciated the miles of running trails. I would definitely stay on the Kings Mill property again, though probably not in this particular condo.
