We traveled just a short two day trip for a wedding. The property was very clean and had everything we would have needed to stay for a longer period of time. The only complaint was the door lock was difficult. Almost always took MULTIPLE tries to unlock. Frustrating, but in no way a tragedy. We appreciated having a clean safe location that was close to so many activities to occupy our down time.

One street behind main drag. Very convenient for those wanting to be close to LeConte Convention Center. Overall, the accommodation served it’s purpose.
Bedrooms and attached baths are on opposite sides of the condo. Provided nice privacy.
The pool was adequate.
Unfortunately ,the river isn’t more taken advantage of. It could be a beautiful view.
We reached out to the listers and they quickly accommodated our request.
Condo in need of some repair.
The tiles on the balcony were loose and broken
Fan in the back bathroom isn’t working.
The lighting inside is darker than reflected in the pictures.
Overall, efficiency over luxury.
