We loved everything about the condo, it met all of our needs. The air circulation wasn't great, due to it being wall units, so I would bring a fan with you. That's the only complaint. Everything else, was great! I had questions about the unit and the owners got back to me promptly.

Everything was great easy getting to room no hassles clean cozy comfortable . Only wish our family pet could have came she's like one of us thinks she's human . Other than that everything is great. The unit was very nice. Just what you see in pictures. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because of cleaning. The floors looked great, but walking in white socks or barefoot, your feet would be black. Bathroom floors could use a deep clean. We saw two spiders in our bedroom. Location was great and I would stay in that location again.

Everything was great needs some painting and if you have 5 people like we did both bathrooms are in the bedrooms so if you need to use the bathroom in the night you have to go through the bedroom but still overall it was a great place to stay would definitely stay there again thanks for letting us rent your condo

This was our first stay at a “condo” and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo was spotless clean, and beds were comfortable. I have seen other reviews that thought the unit looked “dated”. We thought it was just right and suited us fine. This unit was located just off of the parkway so as to not be bothered with traffic noise, but close enough for easy access to any attractions you might want to visit. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo was very clean and had all of the accessories that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We will stay there again. The only downside was the elevator wasn’t working and we have a special needs great grandson that went with us other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to all of the stores and other activities.

Master bath shower curtain had mold in it and floor was not clean same with kitchen floor very sticky. Small bathroom floors had paper and was sticky. Also main problem in the small bathroom had a lot of problems getting the water turned off. We still enjoyed our stay property was nicely done

The condo gets 5-stars based on location alone. It was so easy to get to Dollywood and the Splash park. Our first night there we walked to the Island along the greenway that runs next to the river. So much nicer than walking down the busy parkway. There are geese and ducks everywhere. And after two full days at Dollywood and the water park is was so nice to be back at our room in just about 10 minutes. We didn't use much in the kitchen but it looked decently stocked. The beds were comfortable. The one complaint I had was the AC units are really loud. If you need it silent when you sleep you might want to turn them off. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to be in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice, clean and well equiped with everything we needed. A beautiful view on the back deck of the river. We were close to all of the events, stores restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!!!
