About this house rental
A 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage that comfortably sleeps 3 guests. Conveniently located in central Sarasota, in the quaint Amish community of Pinecraft, a short drive to beaches & downtown! A produce market, restaurants, pizza & ice cream shop within walking distance!
There is a non traditional kitchen with a two burner hot plate, toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room. Fully equipped with kitchenware, coffee maker, towels, hair dryer & an iron.

Guest access
Guests are to only have one car parked in the driveway - please note that we will have to have the car moved if it is blocking any other entrances. We want all of our guests to have access to their casa's and have a comfortable time.
You are welcome to park other cars on the street which has ample parking.
Other things to note
This unit is quintessential "olde Sarasota". You are staying in a sweet Mennonite neighborhood. We want everyone to have fun but if you are looking to host a loud party this is not the place for you. We ask that all of our guests be respectful of the nature of the neighborhood.

The house & property are pristine & peaceful. Extremely comfortable. The location is safe & quiet. Holly was so kind & helpful & very easy to contact. I highly recommend the Lime cottage to anyone looking for the perfect little cottage in a safe & peaceful environment. We absolutely loved it!

I needed a quiet place to rest and write in comfort. Casa Lime was just perfect. The location is close to the Publix, Starbucks and Main Street restaurants, yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. I received detailed instructions for entering and exiting the property. Great decor, New appliances, private patio seating, super comfortable bed, double sinks in the bathroom. I’m a solo traveler and I felt safe here. WiFi, TV access, all provided me the comforts of home. There’s no oven, but a hot plate for light cooking (who wants to cook on vacation—not me!). Great for one person or two, as there is only one queen-sized bed. I loved that there was no carpeting and no pets/no smoking/no gaping. I’m terribly allergic to cigarette smoke and cat hair (can cause an asthma attack—not fun for vacation). I was able to book the property with this assurance. I look forward to a future booking!

We stayed for 10 days. We found this property to be very central to the things we wanted to do. The Legacy
Trail was our main reason for a stay in Pinecraft. We rode the trail or parts of it almost every day. Sarah was super responsive to any issues we had, which were very few.
