About this house rental
A 1 bedroom, pull out couch & air mattress, 1 bath cottage that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Conveniently located in central Sarasota, in the quaint Amish community of Pinecraft, a short drive to beaches & downtown! A produce market, restaurants, pizza & ice cream shop within walking distance!
There is a non traditional kitchen with a two burner hot plate, toaster oven, refrigerator and microwave. Unit is equipped with kitchenware, coffee maker, iron and blow dryer.
The space
This unit is a quintessential "olde Sarasota". Very quaint unit upstairs. Please note that taller guests may find the sloping ceiling not to their liking.
Guest access
Guests are to only have one car parked in the driveway - please note that we will have to have the car moved if it is blocking any other entrances. We want all of our guests to have access to their casa's and have a comfortable time.
You are welcome to park other cars on the street which has ample parking.

Great Stay in a Clean and Well-Located CottageWe had a very pleasant stay in this cottage. It was very clean and well-maintained, making it an ideal place for a short stay. The location is central, which made it easy to explore the area.The only small downside was that some kitchen utensils were missing, but overall, the house was excellent. One thing to note is that each house consists of four separate units, which we initially overlooked.Overall, a great stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights. The location is within walking distance to restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Owner is very responsive.

Clean, quiet and enough sleeping spaces for the whole family....that's all I needed and this place was perfect. It is small and has lots of sloped ceilings but we knew that going into it. My husband is a pretty tall/big guy and he did okay too. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants. I'd recommend this place for a short term stay.
