Welcome to our stunning 1930’s house in historic Summerville. The house is beautifully updated and features 3 bedrooms each with a full bath. The fourth bedroom boasts functional space for yoga, workouts, and/or a children’s playroom. A queen size murphy bed offers additional sleeping space, and serves as a suite in concert with the third bedroom/bathroom.
Convenient to restaurants and shopping, our place features a gorgeous kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, large island and a spacious dining area. The cozy front porch and the grand foyer are very welcoming, and you will enjoy the comfortable living spaces including a living room and family room. The private backyard oasis is the perfect place to relax and entertain and features both beautiful landscaping and a hot tub.

We had two groups stay and overlapped one evening. Both groups were very impressed with the host communication and hospitality. Everything we needed was supplied and the stay was wonderful. I would gladly stay here again.
