PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON ALL AROUND THE COMPLEX. THE PRICE IS REDUCED TO REFLECT THAT *WALK TO THE BEACH AND RESTAURANTS* BAY VIEWS* Recently renovated 1 bedroom condo with a queen pullout sofa bed, full kitchen, in unit laundry, shiplap in the bathroom, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, and dishwasher, hair dryers. Rooftop pool and hot tub with bay views. Walk less than a block to Vanderbilt Beach and Ritz Carlton! Less than 2 miles to Mercato and Whole Foods. Sorry NO PETS! Both TVs on the unit are smart TVs. There is Hulu account for the unit that has live TV. You can log into other streamed services from your own accounts such as Netflix and prime. Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Everything you need for the beach is waiting for your arrival- chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers, and noodles are all here!

I stayed here for 2 month for work and it was perfect. Everything about the home was great. There is a large construction project during the day but didn’t affect me at all in the evenings. Easy walk to the beach

Diane was an amazing host - the property was fab, the only down side was that there was a lot of construction going on around the property.while we were there however it didn’t deter us from enjoying ourselves - we will be back !
