THE PRICE IS REDUCED TO REFLECT THAT *WALK TO THE BEACH AND RESTAURANTS* BAY VIEWS* Recently renovated 1 bedroom condo with a queen pullout sofa bed, full kitchen, in unit laundry, shiplap in the bathroom, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, and dishwasher, hair dryers. Rooftop pool and hot tub with bay views. Walk less than a block to Vanderbilt Beach and Ritz Carlton! Less than 2 miles to Mercato and Whole Foods. Sorry NO PETS! Both TVs on the unit are smart TVs. There is Hulu account for the unit that has live TV. You can log into other streamed services from your own accounts such as Netflix and prime. Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Everything you need for the beach is waiting for your arrival- chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers, and noodles are all here!

This is a nice unit that I have previously stayed at. The online description/pictures are accurate and the unit is clean. The host is very responsive. The Ritz construction project is still in process but that is beyond the host's control.

This property was great! The unit was clean and we had a great time! Diana was excellent in communicating with us before hand and answering the few questions we had. When something came up at the end of the stay she got back to us right away and all was taken care of. Great stand and an even greater hostess!

Location location location. So clean with everything you would need for kitchen and beach. Once surrounding construction is completed it will be even better!

Great location within walking distance to beautiful beach and short drive from wonderful restaurants and shopping. Extremely clean and well managed plus free parking.
