Custom built 4,200 sqft home w/ 130 ft of lakefront shoreline. House has 5 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, a library w/ sleeper sofa. House sits 400 ft from the road for maximum privacy. Floor to ceiling windows with a large fireplace in the main living area and an outdoor gas grill. A 1,000 sqft deck and crow's nest provide an outstanding 180 degree view of the "big water" section of the lake.
There is a walking path down to the pebble beach, and a neighborhood boat launch is located 1.5 miles from the house. Two marinas are located within 10 miles of the house providing a full range of rental marine equipment, service, and fuel.

The property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was clean. Communicating with the owner was quick and informative. The kitchen was stocked very well. The view of lake was limited due to its summer and its surrounded by trees, so it feels very private. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home inside and out. Spacious and comfortable. Well-equipped with kitchen appliances and pots-pans, etc. Grandchildren loved the kayaks and fishing down at the rocky beach. They caught several bass. House has a library with books and games for adults and children. House also has outdoor games. We would stay there again! Houses in this area have a steep incline to the road. When the pavement is wet, it can be hard for a car to navigate.

Bill was excellent to work with and responded quickly to all communication. The house was beautiful and easy to get to. The listing says 12 guests which is true, but two will need to sleep on an air mattress. Huge home with plenty of space and a beautiful deck to sit and enjoy watching the lake through the trees. The house has a well stocked kitchen that makes prepping meals for a crowd easy.
