Located directly on the canal of Assawoman Bay, near the end of Channel Buoy Road, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is all about guests' convenience and comfort. Spend endless evenings sunbathing on your private, furnished deck, or treating your loved ones to a delicious barbecue using the gas grill and outdoor dining area available. If the sun is just too much, you can always enjoy it through the glass of your screened-in porch equipped with plenty of comfortable seating, a high bar table, and even a fridge to store ice creams and refreshing goodies. The interior of this home boasts classic coastal-themed decor with dark and light blues and whites throughout. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch the news or a fun movie on the flatscreen TV.

This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our recent stay at the Vacasa home on Channel Buoy Road in Ocean City was absolutely wonderful, and we can't recommend it enough! This house truly had all the amenities we could possibly need, making our vacation incredibly comfortable and stress-free.
The location was a huge plus – it's perfectly central to all the area attractions, making it super easy to explore everything Ocean City has to offer. We especially appreciated the light at the end of the road, which made getting onto the main coastal highway a breeze.
One of the highlights for our family was the direct access to the water. We had a blast catching several crabs right off the dock and even reeled in a few fish! The kids absolutely loved this place, and it provided endless entertainment.
The nautical theme decor throughout the house was a delightful touch. It really enhanced the vacation home feel and added to the overall charm of our stay.
If we ever return to Ocean City, we would definitely choose to stay here again. It's a perfect spot for families and anyone looking for a memorable and convenient vacation experience. Highly recommended!

Cute, spacious, comfortable...perfect little home away from home. Kitchen is very well equipped with any appliance you could need. Beds are comfy with ample blankets and pillows provided. The screened porch and the deck make you not want to leave.

This house had a great location bayside with a large screened in porch and channel dock. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The renovated master shower and kitchen were lovely. While the house itself was great, we did not like Vacasa’s management of the rental. There were inadequate supplies of listed amenities (laundry and dish soap and all paper products). The floors were dirty and it took 4 days of asking to get our propane tank refilled. The handle of the rear sliding glass door was broken upon our arrival and then sheared off completely and remained detached after we had notified them. Ultimately we will not be returning to this rental under Vacasa’s management.
