Had great time bonding with immediate family. Warm clean comfortable environment. If ice, would have been hard to getting to it. Only two negatives, no view and venting of heater smelled like propane on stairs.

This property held about 18 members of 3 different families. The description of the property superseded what we could have imagined. This property is three units next to each other, but it helped so much when sleeping, eating, and showering. Each property was clean, accommodating, and updates made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. YOU WILL NOT WANT TO LEAVE.

We enjoyed our stay in Ruidoso. The two condos were perfect for our large group and gave everyone just enough space to gather and have some alone time. It was so great to each have our own bathroom. The younger kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room and the older teens loved having their own space. Even my workaholic nephew had a private space to work. My only complaint would be that the kitchen needs updating as the oven is very old and the dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, and kitchen linens need to be replaced. Just because we are guests doesn’t mean we want old worn out kitchen supplies!! Otherwise it was an amazing place to spend time together. We even had Christmas trees and Christmas decor in each condo ❤️🎄a much appreciated gesture!
