Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin, it was very cozy, had convenient parking and a great wraparound porch with rocking chairs and a hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and having laundry was convenient.The kitchen had most of what we needed, but no salt, pepper or cooking sprays/oils. This is the first VRBO I've stayed in where this was not provided.The biggest con of our trip was the location of this specific cabin in the Smoky Ridge community - since it is closer to the entrance, you get a lot of noise from traffic in the street, and the cabin did not have great sound insulation. The worst part of our trip hands down was being repeatedly woken from 3-4:30 am because our neighbors were doing burnouts with their trucks and yelling. This was extremely disruptive and disrespectful especially as somewhere that claims to be "family friendly." For this reason we likely won't book here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Cabin. It fit our needs and allowed us to take in the outdoors and relax while exploring nearby towns.

The bed was advertised as a king and is actually a queen. Some dishes were dirty that were in the cupboard and there was a sticky spot on the night stand by the bed. Overall was an ok experience. The cabin itself was great!
