House was beautiful and in a great location. We mainly swam off the dock the entire stay. We had front row seats to the 4th of July fireworks at Smith Lake Park. There are 2 boat ramps within a few minutes from the house if you bring a boat. Definitely 5 stars for this one.

Great location, great house, great dock! Enjoyed swimming right off of the dock and the back deck so much. Very peaceful and everything was so clean! Will be back! Only tricky thing is the driveway, but the owner gave us great instructions which helped us know what to do.

Shannon was an absolutely fantastic host! He went above and beyond with communication. The house was immaculate. Everything was just as described. We look forward to visiting again.
