About this house rental
WHAT-A-VIEW! This house truly has gorgeous scenic views! Windows wrap around the house so that you can see the lake from many vantage points. Located close to I-65 and Cullman.
Open floor plan combines kitchen, dining and living areas. 4 bedrooms and one bath, with a dining area that seats 8 comfortably. Additional seating for 5 more. Perfect for a family get-a-way.
Swim or fish off the dock during the day and sit by the fire pit at night - enjoying nature at its best!
Bedroom #1: Queen size bed
Bedroom #2: Bunk bed (twin over twin)
Bedroom #3: Bunk bed (twin over twin)
Bedroom #4: Queen size bed
Sleeps in beds: 8; Max Occupancy: 10
Note: The AC unit in the great room serves the great room and the middle two bunk rooms. The queens on the end of the house have window units. There are 3 total window units.
There are very few steps to the dock and the dock has a covered boat slip. The boat slip measures 9x22. The boat slip is available for renter's use. Yearround water.
Combination charcoal and Gas Grill. Outdoor fire pit for guest's use.
DISH satellite television.
No WiFi internet service.

My husband and I booked this trip to visit the amazing Smith Lake. We had many sources telling us how great the lake was and we were not disappointed. This location provided us with an awesome view and great access to the water. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property. Very clean and everything you need to have a great time.

This property was just as described. Very comfortable beds, plenty of dining space and a comfortable living area. This would be a perfect getaway for a family with children. Everything was fantastic!

Steps to the house a little hard for older people.

The place was a advertised. However, the drive way is very steep and with loose gravel. A few of our guests felt uncomfortable driving their car down there. I had a 4 wheel drive which made it just fine. Loved the open concept living - dining-kitchen. The view was outstanding, dock was great.
