Set your sights on Landon Sea for your beach vacation! It is located within The Currituck Club resort and has 6 bedrooms with 5.5 baths which it makes it a perfect fit for your family group. Besides having access to the various resort amenities, this home offers a private pool*, a hot tub and it is also dog-friendly for up to 2 pets.

TOP LEVEL:
With the popular beach plan layout, the Great Room on this level has several areas designed for relaxation: a large sectional and two armchairs in the living area plus a Ships Watch that offers a poker table with four chairs. The dining table seats 10 and the kitchen island seats 4. The kitchen has plenty room for preparing family meals; and is equipped with two ovens. There is deck access to the front and back of the house for sunning and relaxation. Enjoy outdoor dining on the table and six chairs located on the back deck. The first of four King Master Suites is located on this level with a tiled shower in its master bath. This bedroom has private deck access with furniture.
MID LEVEL:
Stairs down to the mid level leads to four other bedrooms. One King Master Suite has private deck access to the front of the house. Its master bath has a tiled shower. The Queen bedroom has access to the back covered deck with stairs down to the ground level. The third bedroom on the level offers two Bunk Bed Sets for kids. This room shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower with the Queen bedroom. The other King Master Suite on this level also offers private deck access to the front of the house and a private bath with a tiled shower.
GROUND LEVEL:
A large, spacious Lounge has a large flat-screen TV to watch movies or sports. The game area has a Foosball table and a Mortal Kombat® arcade game. A second full-size refrigerator and a kitchenette area will be a convenient amenity to enjoy beverages and snacks with easy access to the outdoors. The 6th bedroom at this home is a King Jr. Master Suite which shares a semi-private bath (tiled shower) with the Lounge/game area. On the outdoors, there is access to the fully enclosed fenced pool deck around the private pool* (11' x 29'; pool open mid-May to mid-October) with outdoor furniture that includes a picnic table and lounge chairs. There is parking for 5-6 vehicles in the driveway. [Note: garage is not available for guest use.]
*Free pool heat is available upon request prior to the vacation arrival date for the months of May-June and Sept-October only (not offered in July to mid-August).

Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.

The house was not that clean when we arrived. Driving 8 hrs, exciting to get to your beach house for the week with your friends and family only to open the door and see dusty bunnys and dirt on steps and floors NOT COOL! We used the vacuum provided to do some cleaning before we got settled in for the week, it sucked but we did not let it ruin the week. Over all the house was great, everything worked well no problems with anything. The furniture was really comfortable including the outdoor furniture. The only thing I would suggest bringing other than the kitchen is oven mitts. My wife burned herself one night cooking. They may have them but we could not find them. Do not let this review change your mind about this property it is really nice and great for a big family. The cleaning company they use is obviously not doing there job.

Location was great, in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic and people. House was cute, plenty of room for 13 people that we had. The double bunk room photo is misleading as this room is as big as a large closet, fitting 4 teens and their belongings was impossible. Pool and hot tub were nice. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. The floors left your feet black, there was dust and trash under beds, tables and couches.

Had a terrific time in the Outer Banks. The house was ideal for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the top floor open concept!

We were neighborhood friends like family celebrating a 60th. House was great and the amenities were convenient. The calls for any repairs and fixes were very responsive. We did note that the internet was not reliable for or party member that was teleworking and for those looking to connect to the internet at times. The house needs bathmats. The set up of the house was wonderful for visiting and gathering. The shuttle to the beach was simple and reliable.
