Have a BBQ on the propane grill and enjoy outdoor seating for up to 4. Our property welcomes you with blooming orchids, pineapples, coconut trees, and butterflies. Citrus trees line the property. You will feel true peace here.
Come and relax on the couch with a 55" Samsung Smart TV (you can log in to your own account with Hulu Plus, HBO, Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube TV, and more). Enjoy fast WiFi and modern touches such as a Nest thermostat and Nest Protect. A perfect spot for WFH couples. Note: **No cable tv**
The full-size kitchen has everything you need for a homemade meal, including basic cooking necessities. Note: no dishwasher.

We are licensed by the vacation rental ordinance to sleep a max of 4 adults. **Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors are allowed; all guests must be registered.
Outside patio seating dining area, outside ceiling fan in an undercover palapa, and mood lights for evening relaxing.
Because our neighborhood is in a quiet area full of long-time owner-occupants, we are not able to accommodate parties or host events. There is also an imposed 'quiet time' by the city of Fort Lauderdale from 10 pm-7 am.
Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacation And Rentals. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.
The Peacock Oasis is hosted by Dream Vacation And Rentals and is a perfect getaway for couples, yacht crew, or business travelers.

Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and a waiver or the deposit collection. The waiver does not apply to a one-night reservation.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

The place is small but clean. The TV did not work. It could not connect to the cable service. The place also needs a dishwasher. Without one, that means everything is hand washed which may or may not be sanitary depending on who's doing it. Otherwise, all else was ok.

We stayed here for ten days and had a great time. The neighborhood was cute with lots of dog walking experiences, and the back yard was wonderful. The property manager was prompt in returning emails and calls with any issues we had.

Overall, the Peacock Villa is a clean, efficient, and practical property. The kitchen is well stocked With dishes and tools. There is only seating for three in the living room. I booked this property based on the The outdoor space (over other similar) but it is in need of an overhaul cleaning and chairs need to be replaced. The Adirondack chairs in the photo are old faded plastic. We did not sit outdoors, even though the weather was beautiful. The TV only streams Netflix and YouTube. The check-in process was cumbersome requiring a hefty security deposit, which I did not see in the listing, then photos of ID’s then of me with my credit card used for booking. Weird.
