Location and the view from our balcony.
The we have dined in the restaurant many times but on this occasion m, Monday, it was not very good. The swimming pool was closed during our stay.

Relatively expensive when compared.
We stayed three nights in lake view room but the room is the smallest (18 sq m) in our two weeks trip and needs renovation. View is good, bkf is good.

Stunning location with gorgeous views of Lake Attersee
Superb location on Lake Attersee, definitely would return again if in the Salzburg area. Restaurant lovely atmosphere and reasonably priced. I had the Entrecote steak which was very nice. Bar good atmosphere too and the gentleman who looked after me for the evening was very attentive :)
Only things I didn't like were beyond the hotels control - I wanted to have a dip in the lake but the weather was prohibitive. I also would've preferred a double room but I only booked a single so that's my own fault!

Unkind. While eating breakfast, the waitress asked me 10 times if I had finished. I felt that they were more unkind to Asians. Water does not go down in the sink and bathtub. When I asked to fix it, they said they couldn't. Refrigerator doesn't work. They said that the reason they don't operate the refrigerator is to protect the environment. However, it is thought that the refrigerator was stopped because of the sales of the hotel bar. Instead of stopping the refrigerator, you can leave your drinks at the front desk. But the front desk lost my baby milk. This is a hotel that doesn't have a refrigerator, is unfriendly to Asians, and takes water to the bathtub. By the way, breakfast, beach and view are ok. There is not enough parking space, so please park your car before 19:00.
