Beautifully renovated 2BDR / 2BA condo with granite counter tops, custom back splash, full bathrooms & king beds. Relax with gorgeous pool and ocean views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. Includes cable, wifi, washer/drier, and kitchen stocked with Keurig coffee maker, full sized refrigerator, blender, crock pot, dishes, and more! If you need anything, Walmart is just steps away!
Unit is on third floor with no one above you! Note: there are no elevators at the property.
The Dawn includes two pools, hot tub, grills and fish cleaning station, and gym - everything you need for a great getaway.
NOTE: The complex requires a parking fee be paid upon arrival. The fee is 1–3 nights: $36.70 + tax = $40.00 and 4–7 nights: $45.88 + tax = $50.00 (not to exceed $100).

This condo was an excellent home base for our trip to Galveston. It is centrally located, very comfortable, with great pools and a hot tub. The condo was well outfitted with everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for more.
