About this house rental
At Barefoot and Blessed, you will find the true meaning of a beach getaway. Far enough away from the crowds and craziness, but close enough to still enjoy what Galveston and Surfside have to offer. Just hit “book now” and feel your stress begin to melt away as you envision being less than 500 steps to the beach (and your toes in the sand!) in the coveted Treasure Island neighborhood - halfway between Galveston and Surfside Beach. After you stop for groceries along the way, arrive at our home, throw the car in park and kick your shoes off because you have finally arrived at a true beach retreat!
The Space
Barefoot and Blessed is a lovely, family friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath home with beautiful ocean and beach views from the expansive deck. Fully stocked with new beds, flooring, and decor. We have everything to complete your retreat - appliances, kitchenware, paper supplies, etc.
Enough space for up to 12 to sleep very comfortably. (13 if you count the comfy hideaway bed in the living room couch.)
Worried about a four legged family member? Remember, this is a stress free zone. Even your “good boy or girl” will feel like they’re on vacation right along with you with our doggie door that opens to an enclosed stairway that goes right down to the fully fenced yard. We are Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs up to 40 lbs (per dog).
Our home comes fully equipped with kayaks, minimal fishing gear, a few beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, etc. - all you need to bring is your swimsuit and sunblock and leave your stress at home.

The location is unbeatable and the use of the on property golf cart made all our trips back and forth from the beach so easy. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful.

This property was absolutely beautiful and so close to the beach! This portion of the beach was not crowded at all, clean, and restful. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Additionally, the property managers were very communicative, accommodating, and kind. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!
