Let this newly-renovated modern farmhouse be your home away from home.
Spacious yet cozy, this farmhouse style home is walking distance from Angleton Recreation Center, only approximately 29 mins away from Surfside Beach, & less than 5 minutes away from grocery shopping & dining.
Sleeps up to 12 with sofa bed and air mattress. Some attractions nearby: San Luis Pass Port of Freeport Brazoria County Historical Museum Brazosport Natural Museum of Science Close to 2 wedding venues in the area! -
- Spacious 3 bedroom/2 baths house, 2,074 in square footage
- Accommodates up to 12 people comfortably (sofa bed and air mattress available with extra pillows and linens)
- Name brand high quality Nectar memory foam mattress for quality and comfortable sleep after a full day of leisure or work.
- Bamboo cooling pillows, softest linens for luxurious hotel feel
- Each room equipped with streaming-enabled TV so you can watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime show.
- Oversized master suite with its own luxurious modern farmhouse style bathroom - tub, shower, and all!
- Dedicated workspace that's both functional and picture-worthy!
- Two dining areas: Breakfast and formal dining
- Kitchen fully-equipped with daily essentials. - Huge backyard with outdoor furniture - Pet-friendly! (For an additional fee: $100 for the first pet, $75 for the second)
LOCATION:
The property is located in a modest neighborhood but it is the biggest and nicest on the street. The location is safe and only a couple of blocks from the Angleton Police Department.
PARKING:
There’s plenty of parking for up to 3 cars. We have the desired amenities for extended stays, corporate housing, and traveling professionals!
CHECK-IN:
We use a digital keypad for easy access.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Backyard:
-The property is fenced off but not yet a privacy fence and gate for the backyard is not yet in place. We are slowly working on this. Please take a note of this so you know what to expect. :)
- Charcoal BBQ grill is available but we do not provide charcoal.
- Outdoor furniture available
Laundry:
- Washer and dryer in unit but we do not provide laundry detergent, softener, bleach, etc.
Security Deposit:
- We require a fully refundable security deposit of $200 prior to check-in.

This was a great place to stay with family. We had a local event to attend and enjoyed that everything was close and convenient. This is a great place if you are visiting family in the city.
The house was very nicely updated and nice little touches made the stay very welcome.

We had a wedding in the area and this was a great home for our family to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The layout was spacious and we loved all the added touches to make your guests feel welcomed! We have another wedding in October so we'll be back again!
