I enjoyed the Wildflower Cabin overall. The hot tub overlooked the creek and was relaxing to dip into after a long day of hiking. My husband and my toddler and our family dog all enjoyed ourselves. The neighbor cabin "Sycamore Cabin" is just a short distance away and was a bit too close for comfort, didn't offer as much privacy and peace as we would have liked. I would recommend booking both the Wildflower and Sycamore cabins with people you know because otherwise it's a wonderful location and comfortable stay. My only other complaint is there was no oils or spices, not even salt or pepper, so make sure you to bring your own for cooking!

The cabin is very pretty. We really appreciated the aesthetic vibe and the flower artwork. The layout and the furniture were adequate. The small brook and the picture window are beautiful. When we arrived the heat was blasting and it smelled strongly of propane. It took quite a while to cool it off and get the smell out. While the picture window was lovely there was zero option to cover it and there should be some option. There are enough people around for that to be a concern. The cooktop left 2 burners were inoperable as was the spark igniter on the front right, which made cooking a challenge. The shower head was very uncomfortable as the water stream was sharp and also misted everywhere. The shower also gets water everywhere and the towels didnt smell good. The water has a slight sulfur smell and I dont know if it is just the well or source characteristic or if the water heater needs maintenance. There was someone pounding tposts nearby early in the morning at the adjacent cabin and the cars on the road are incredibly loud. There was evidence and bits of refuse from previous guests which we cleaned. The dishes were lovely. The weather and views were lovely. If you're looking for quiet isolation this might not be the place, but if you're looking to get out of the city for a while and see some awesome sights this is a good value.
