There were 9 adults staying in this fabulous house in a perfect location. The location is laid back and not at all touristy. We drove the golf cart down to Miramar and it was way busier down there. We are glad we chose the location that we did. Everyone enjoyed early morning runs or walks and night walks and never felt unsafe. This house is one block from the Gulf. The golf cart made it easy to take numerous loads of people and beach items to the beach. When we were there, the closest beach's "free" parking lot was under construction, and we didn't want to pay the outrageous parking fee so we never parked the golf cart in the lots by the beach. It was never an inconvenience for us. Speaking of the beach, there are numerous beach items available to use for both the beach and the amazing backyard pool. The backyard was our go to after a day at the beach. This house is very well stocked and super clean. If we ever needed anything, we always looked in the "pantry". This house and host were top notch. The only minor issue we encountered was the golf cart waivers/key information were never sent with check in information so we couldn't use the golf cart until Monday morning (we checked in Saturday). We had an amazing first trip to Destin and can't wait to return!

The stay was amazing, check in process made me anxious because we didn’t get any response from the property manager until day of check in.
