Sky View is the condo #1 at Coral Sands community, this family-friendly home it is located on the second floor so it offers amazing views of the ocean and the beach from the balcony. This beautiful beachfront condo has all you can need, each room has its own AC unit and TV. You will find dining areas both inside and out on the balcony, so you can choose where to enjoy your tasty meals prepared inside in the fully equipped kitchen.

You can purchase a day pass at Paradise Beach Resort next door! It’s a fantastic option, as the pass includes credit for food and drinks at their beachfront restaurant, Cayuco, plus access to the pool and beach chairs.

* Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.
NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
* In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.

Beautiful property. Close to the water and very private feeling. Always had chairs available and the water was not crowded. Inside it is set up perfectly for two or three couples or families with 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Owners are great! Managers were very attentive and patient with all our questions. Would recommend it to anyone looking for an updated property with scenic views and perfect location.

This property was great. Clean, well maintained with an excellent kitchen. One-stop provided concierge services and were responsive and helpful. The beach was directly out the back and walking to amazing snorkeling was less than 5 minutes away. We saw all kinds of tropical fish, rays, sea turtle, moray eel. We did a guideded night dive and saw octopus, squid, lobster, crab, shrimp, conch and more. Plenty of dive shops nearby. We used West Bay divers. We didn’t eat out much but did enjoy our meal at Kristi’s very much. It was a great experience.
A couple of notes. This unit is upstairs so make sure you’re good with stairs. The airport was very slow on Saturdays so flying in and out on different days is probably a good idea.

This property is on the best beach in Roatan. Everything was great except the patio sliding door is extremely tough to open. A repair of this problem is needed for we had an older person with us that could not access the patio by herself. Other than that, all things were addressed . Great place with amazing view!
