About this house rental
NOTE: Resort amenities are NOT included with rental., renter(s) are responsible for any fees. Log cabin-style house right in the heart of it all! Located right across from Kinlochen and all of the amenities that Crystal Mountain Resort has to offer. This home sleeps 16 comfortably and within steps from the slopes, pools, spa and golf courses. There is plenty of space to store your sports equipment in the large entryway.The main floor features an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, with seating for up to 12 people. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room area, with additional seating for 7-8. There are 2 bathrooms on the main level as well, one adjacent to the master bedroom, and the other just off the the entryway. It also features a front-load full size washer & dryer. There is an open stairway leading up to the second floor loft, where you can play board games, video games, do a little office work, or just relax on the 2 full-size leather convertible sofas with built-in chargers for your electronic devices. Just down the hall is another full bath and 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen/full bunk-style set-up. Both bedrooms have walk-closets, with a rocker and travel crib in the king-bed room. On the basement level is a fourth bedroom with a queen and full/twin bunkbed set on one side of the stairway. The other side features a game room with ping-pong table and dart board. Just around the corner is the 4th bathroom with a walk-in shower. Finally, there is also a family room with 2 pull-out couches, a king and queen size, as well as a large flat-screen TV and fooseball table.

This home is awesome!!!! Perfectly located for the skiiers and non skiiers. The sauna was an added plus for everyone. Had trouble operating the oven and the light fixtures were pretty dusty but that is minor. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Amazing property and location! We’ve been coming up to Crystal for years and this is the best property we have stayed at. Right across from Buck lift and Kinlochen. You can watch the ski hill from the comfortable living room with cozy fireplace. Plenty of beds and even a sauna.

Excellent location & a very nice cabin with plenty of room. We all loved the ping pong table & foosball downstairs. We ate all of our meals at the cabin & the kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint is the snack basket the property management left for us had some outdated (by 2 years) snacks in it & the shower curtain liner in the master bathroom (main floor) was very dirty. Needs to be replaced or taken down & washed. One suggestion would be to update the tv’s to smart tv.

We booked this property when no other properties were available - about 2 months before arrival date. The listing looked great and the location is definitely the best in the area!Then 2 weeks before arrival, the property manager emailed demanding I sign an additional property agreement. I told them, I booked through VRBO and that we are covered under VRBO's terms. They still insisted and said I wouldn't be able to "check-in" if I didn't sign. This is 2 weeks before the trip and ALL other properties are booked up; so I reviewed the terms and proposed some changes to the agreement. The owner wants NO liability of injuries, even if they are negligent - so I proposed changes to the terms to cover negligence, like any other responsible party would. I was told that no changes will be excepted and the booking will be canceled if I didn't sign as is. They said they are allowed to cancel on VRBO. VRBO said they would help if the owner canceled but again there was nothing available for my party size.I, unfortunately, had no option but to sign. And then still did not receive the door code until prompted.However, I was surprised to see a welcome gift basket when we arrived.The home itself is nice but note that the owner(s) frequent the property and their stuff is all around. Also the dishware was not properly cleaned and we had to wash everything before use.Just some things to be aware of...The rest of the stay was fine.
