Beautiful and lots of room. The front door key pad didn’t work most of the time so had to use the back door. Other than that, had no issues. Great property! Very clean

The home really makes a statement. When you first walk in, you can’t help but notice the gorgeous wood floors and high ceilings. Plenty of living space and large bedrooms located upstairs. Cleanliness and condition however needs some work. Some furniture needed updating but cleanliness was lacking. Prior to opening the door you have unsightly dust, cobwebs and mildew on the caulking outside the house/ door. Stains on rugs and counters and ledges were not addressed and the exterior deck was filthy to a point where we could not use it. The property manager expressly communicated about the grill and about cleaning the grill after use otherwise there would be an additional cleaning fee. The grill was rusted and unusable. The entire outdoor patio was a huge disappointment as we had planned on grilling some meats we were getting from one of the butchers in the area. We had to freeze the fresh meat and bring it back home.

The house is very nice. Unfortunately during our visit the heat wasn't working properly. The property manager responded with space heaters quickly. No microwave which would which we are not used to. Beds were comfy and house was nice overall for a large group of people. Little things would help. Small blankets in living area, microwave, toilet paper dispenser in top floor bathrooom. There many cooking utensils and dishes but not enough for a big group or as many as I have seen in other rental properties. Outside deck is nice, but not a good view. T.V, upstairs had to be turned on and off on the set itself, not from the remote. Overall it is a lovely home in a good location. Many small things that can be improved on. I wouldn't discourage anyone from renting if they want to be close to downtown. I just reminded myself we were in an old historic home when the temperature outside was in the 30-40 range.
