About this house rental
Charmant bungalow situé dans une rue tranquille au cœur de Longueuil à proximité des grandes artères commerciales et des transports. A 10 mn du métro de Longueuil, A 20 mn ou moins du centre ville de Montréal, du parc Jean Drapeau et l'attraction La Ronde, du Casino de Montréal, de la station de ski Mont St Bruno et à 3km du fleuve St Laurent pour vos balades à pied ou à vélo.

La maison a une allée de parking sur le côté droit de la maison.
L'allée de parking permet de stationner 2 voitures.
Le stationnement dans la rue est aussi gratuit mais attention un seul côté est permis au stationnement. Vous devez vérifier les panneaux de stationnement ou juste regarder de quel côté sont stationnées les autres autos.
Charming bungalow located on a quiet street in the heart of Longueuil close to major commercial arteries and transport. 10 minutes from the Longueuil metro, 20 minutes or less from downtown Montreal, the Jean Drapeau Park and the La Ronde attraction, the Casino de Montréal, the Mont St Bruno ski resort and 3 km from the St. Lawrence River for walking or cycling.
Central heating and air conditioning, WIFI and Smart TV for your comfort.

The house has a driveway on the right side of the house.
You can park 2 cars in the driveway.
Street parking is also free but only one side is allowed for parking. You need to check the parking signs or just look at which side the other cars are parked on.
* Please note: we did some repair work that required us to dig in the back yard. The front fence (behind the parking lot) and grass have been removed but will be replaced soon.
This has no impact on the house, which remains functional, nor on security (the fences here are more decorative than elsewhere and many houses do without them), except for very young children who will need to be supervised.

My family of 5 stayed at this property for the Canadian GP. The property was exactly as advertised. It was a 10 minute drive to the Metro. It was in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, a park and generally a safe feeling area. We utilized the kitchen and it had the necessary items. The only thing I wish was different was the living room. There is only enough seats for 2 people. If you wanted a comfortable seat you had to go sit on your bed. Not a big deal, because everything is exactly as shown. All in all a great stay.

House is just as pictured and had everything we needed to make a few quick meals. Great to have off-street parking next to the house. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to highway and Montreal. Shopping close by.
Only thing I would change is the pillows.
