Entire Renovated 4Brs House, Near DT, Free parking

Very cute space has a great time while I was visiting!

Quite happy with the home. 6 people in our group and needed all of the 4 bedrooms/beds. Had everything we needed at the end of a long day of being a tourist. Kitchen ended up where we would all gather as it had the most space for all 6 of us. A couple of the small amenities needed refilling/replacing but nothing that we would say was a problem. Would use this hoouse again if/when we return. Thank you!

The place was clean, the bedrooms were a good size, and the beds and mattresses were comfortable. All appliances were in good condition. However, there is significant room for improvement:Backyard – Essentially a wasteland. While it technically exists, it’s rundown and neglected. The patio has rusty handrails, no BBQ, and even had some food waste lying on the floor. Honestly, it’s better not to look out the window — quite disappointing for a property charging over fifteen hundred for three nights. At that price, everything should be spotless.Front of the house – Doesn't make a great first impression. It needs some maintenance and curb appeal improvements.Digital door lock/keypad – Very temperamental. It doesn’t display all the numbers right away; they appear sporadically after a random sequence of touches, which is frustrating and unreliable.Closet – No shelves in the room’s closet, so there was nowhere to properly place clothes.Ad photo – Gives the impression of a much larger space than it actually is. The photos are misleading.Bedrooms in the basement – Two of the four bedrooms are located in the basement, which is not mentioned in the ad. The basement feels a bit cold and damp - not super comfortable.Communication – We reached out to the property manager to ask if we could leave our bags for a couple of extra hours after check-out. Regardless of the answer, we expected at least some kind of response. Unfortunately, we never heard back.

Very conveniently situated, literally 19-21 easy drive minutes from everywhere - old town, Mont Royal, Insectarium, Planetarium, Biodome...... Very comfortable beds and wonderful bedding and off street parking for 2 cars.
