We had a wonderful time and felt the process was seamless. Our unit was fully stocked with everything we might need over the week outside of food and toiletries. The only complaint we had was regarding the oven. It did not cook things evenly and appears to need a new heating element. Other than that, we were very happy!

Reviewer Comments:
Nice but living room pull out bed was broken and unable to use. I really feel these things should be checked prior to renting. A blow up mattress is not a replacement when you pay a premium for a hotel room. Condos should be no different. We reported on Monday and they brought replacement on Wednesday. We had young kids and the bottom of the bed mattress dropped to the floor. We found that out when we sat down on it. When asking for additional towels the front desk would argue if they were managing that room or not. It was confusing. Never had this issue before. George was great as usual!!
