About this house rental
On two acres, our stunning lakefront retreat is perfect for group gatherings, corporate retreats, and family reunions.
There is an outdoor heated pool, dock (both pool and dock are accessible in season), paddle boards, kayaks, and an expansive deck of more than 1,500 square feet across the entire second floor of the house.
The lower level bottoms out to the pool and backyard with an uncommonly flat walk down to the water.
Indoors, there is an arcade with two driving games, skeeball, air hockey and a pool table.
There is a gym with a bicycle, treadmill, full wall mirror, and weights.
Upstairs in the loft there is a brand new state of the art theater with 2 rows of stadium seating for 8 plus window seats on either side and even an old fashioned popcorn machine and concession stand area.
Two of the bedrooms, including the master which has deck access, have stunning lake views, the loft bedroom has a view of the pool and partial lake view and the front bedrooms look out onto the trees, which are particularly colorful in the fall.
Located on the quiet cove of Lake Lillinonah, we are in a no-wake area which also freezes in the winter to allow for ice skating and ice fishing. The house and the surroundings are stunning year round.

Had the best time with friends here! Gorgeous house with a gorgeous view. We all had lots of fun using the movie room and arcade games in the basement. Didn’t want to leave!

Lots of water activities, heated pool, game room, beautiful views, plus a movie room. We were outside most of the time enjoying everything the house had to offer. We would rate this house an A+

We had an amazing wedding weekend - beginning with rehearsal dinner at this incredible house! Then wedding day - we did first look and vows on the dock! Day after wedding we had the entire family back to enjoy another beautiful day. The house is absolutely perfect. The views are amazing and the property is breathtaking. Could not have been more perfect. Worth every penny to be able to house so many people comfortably! Thank you so much!!
