Direct lakefront 3100 sq ft. home built in 2006 on exclusive Lake Lillinonah with elevator access available upon request. This spacious and picturesque home is only 65 miles from NYC and just a few minutes from shopping, wineries and restaurants.
Hike, swim or just relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Perfect family getaway for those looking for some peace and serenity. Take in the breathtaking views. Cook a delicious meal in the professional chefs kitchen with an additional refrigerator and oven in lower level. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake. Play ping pong or billiards in the game room. Three single person Kayaks available for use. Don't forget your rods for fishing right off of the back dock! Weber bbq for grilling. Dock space is subject to availability upon request.
Master bedroom with en-suite and his/hers walk in closets. Two king beds, one queen and a day bed with two twin mattresses. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Elevator access available. Brand new mattresses, premium pillows, bedding and furniture to keep you comfortable and cozy.

Overall stay was good! The house has plenty of space. It was clean for the most part. Musty when you first walk in. Has everything that you need for a family to enjoy some lake time and R&R. The only negative is the STEEP walk down to the lake. Kids are fine - Adults over 55 becomes a challenge. All in all - it was a great time.

An amazing place! Big & spacious, beutiful views, completely private. Stocked with more than we thought. Every kitchen appliance, herbs, professional appliances. Room enough to cook for 20. Kayaks, floats, 2 firepit areas, towels, lawn toys, coolers. Just bring your groceries and roll in for a great stay. Very responsive host. But had no need to call him. There are lots of steps on the walk from lake to the house is very steep so consider that when thinking about booking this property.

Michael's house provided everything the photos and description offered, and more. The cooking spaces for making a big holiday meal were fantastic: two stoves; amazing Wolf range; two sinks....and with spectacular views of the lake, and plenty of places for friends to sit and keep us company.When the weather was poor, we played ping pong and pool....again, with those amazing lake views. When the weather was fair, we took several hikes nearby....and the athletes in our group loved running in the neighborhood after breakfast.Michael was very prompt in responding to queries, and everything about getting in and out of the house was a breeze. And the elevator was a handy treat!This is a great house to rent in the late fall, and would be fantastic in the summer with its lakefront access and dock.
