About this apartment rental

Enjoy a true penthouse view of the majestic emerald, blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home is located on the 23rd floor of the Ocean Villas Condominium and is a perfect getaway for a couples retreat or a family vacation.
Venture down to the ground floor to a private walkway leading to the beautiful white sandy beaches. The home is also conveniently located close to many restaurants, stores and attractions.
**Four beach chairs are included for bookings during March - October season only.

The home is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. There is a king bed in the Master bedroom with a private entrance to the patio. The second bedroom includes two Full/Twin combination bunk beds and an adjoining private bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and small appliances and the dining room. The living room allows a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the large 55’ TV. There is cable and WIFI in the unit. Guests can also step outside onto the large balcony and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunrises and sunsets.

Guests will be provided resort wristbands which allow access to the building amenities including the use of the swimming pools, hot tubs, BBQ grills, fitness room, and sauna. Wristbands must be worn while using the condo's amenities.

One complimentary parking pass is provided with each reservation. Parking passes must be visible on car dashboard during your entire stay.

*Additional house rules to keep in mind:
1. No SMOKING of ANY kind is allowed in common areas of the condo and in the unit including the balcony. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas at ground level. Please follow all rules and posted signs. There will be a $400 charge if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.

2. No parties or large events at ANY TIME.

3. No PETS allowed out of respect for guests with allergies

4. Please respect our neighborhoods and keep noise level down after 10:00pm

5. Per HOA rules, guests must be at least 25 years old to book. The main guest who booked the reservation must be present throughout the entire stay.

6. Children must be monitored at ALL times especially on bunkbeds and on balcony. As an additional precaution, the sliding patio door has a lock that must be manually opened so as to limit access to young children.

7. Please note: a maximum of 4, no additional guest past the maximum of 4. Additional guest will need PRIOR approval and if approved, agree to additional fees up to $250 an additional guest.

8. Tampering with any electronic equipment including (but not limited to) WIFI, cable box, security door locks, surveillance cameras are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If equipment is damaged and/or a service call is needed, guests will be charged.

9. Please leave the condominium reasonably clean. Make sure there are no missing items and the condo is left in damage free order. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable condition.

10. Items missing or damaged noted by housekeeping at check-out will be assessed a fee. ANY stainless-steel flatware pieces missing will result in an additional fee to replace the WHOLE set including a fee of $35 for staff to purchase set items.

11. Do not move or detach furniture. An additional fee of $150 will be charged if furniture is removed or pulled off the wall.

12. Make sure all four resort wrist bands as well as the one parking passes are on the kitchen counter upon departure. Any missing wrist band and/or parking passes will automatically be charged a replacement fee of $50 per wrist band/ parking pass. If you need an extra parking pass for an additional car, it is $25 per additional parking pass.

13. Check-out is 11 AM CST. Housekeeping schedules the cleaning right at 11am, so please make sure the unit is vacated promptly! An automatic charge of $75 every 15 minutes after check out will be added to your reservation if you are late.

Please ask if you have any questions. If found in violation of ANY of these rules and depending on the severity of the offense, guests may be charged fees, be asked to vacate the property immediately, and/or forfeit any funds. Severe offenses will be reported to local authorities and Airbnb.

Once booking is confirmed, it is assumed that guests have read and agreed to our house rules.

The condo was clean and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was perfect for our family of 4 vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo and room was excellent. The only issue was the closet door inside the condo had a digital lock and the code we were given would not open it. We were told there would be a locksmith sent out to get it open. We waited for three days and no one ever came.
