Condo location was excellent. Quieter end of Panama City, but still close to everything. The second floor was perfect!!! Only true complaint I have was the coach was pretty run down and the patio furniture was super rusted.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Super clean, easy access from the parking garage and easy access to the beach as well. Having the beach chairs setup out there for you is such a nice perk, less to carry down yourself. It can take awhile for the elevators, but we just used the stairs so not a big issue for us. The only other issue from the elevator speed would be water pressure but in such a big complex that is to be expected so it just took a little longer to wash hair. We would certainly recommend this unit for anyone but especially families, and we would definitely come back!! The owner was very responsive and friendly and because of that we had a wonderful vacation!

Great location, easy to get to from the parking garage. Beach chairs were great. Plenty of room! There were a few quirks, the closet door was off the roll top and no storage for dry food. But the kitchen counter is big. My suggestions would be black out curtains in the bedroom and a small cabinet for food. We would stay again.

The room was clean and convenient to the beach. All of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the dryer worked poorly and had to be ran multiple times to dry a small load of laundry. The tile on the balcony made it very slick with the humidity. There needed to be extra blankets. The couch was small and uncomfortable. There was only enough seating for 3-4 people comfortably which made it hard when we were stuck inside due to rain or at night. The room was great but the amenities could’ve been much better. The elevators were also very slow, only 2 to serve 20floors
