There is central air conditioning throughout so you and your loved ones enjoy a refreshing and cool stay. The condo also boasts a private balcony overlooking the sparkling ocean and sandy beach, an on-site washer/dryer combo, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an inviting living room with a flatscreen TV with cable.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My entire family loved this place. We’ve started in a lot of places over the years and this one was by far the best. With young children being ocean front made it easy to bring back for naps and such. The amount of kitchen items provided was great too. The view of the ocean was amazing and there was so much space for the entire crew, we’re already talking about booking this place next year!

The condo was very well laid out with lots of space for a family of 7. It does need some maintence & upgrades for make it worth the cost. Our complaint was that upon arrival, there had been no cleaning performed, beds not changed, dishes not washed and it took 3 days for someone to come, this was after I complained extensively. Personnel seemed responsive but no action. This is a problem that needs to be addressed by the owner if it is to be mended. Other than this situation, the unit was acceptable.
