You'll be able to stroll to the beach whenever you please from this comfortable, whimsical condo at Island Breeze, a sun-splashed property with a lovely community pool on the ocean block in North Ocean City.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by an air-conditioned living space with tile floors, a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and free WiFi throughout. Just beyond the sliding glass doors is a private balcony with a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean - a wonderful spot to bring your morning coffee or simply marvel at the golden hour light.
Island Breeze offers a fantastic ocean block location in North Ocean City, just up the road from the beach. You'll be a matter of steps from the building's outdoor swimming pool and from Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, beachy eateries, shops, and attractions for all ages, such as Lost Treasure Golf and the Sun & Surf Cinema. The Fenwick Island Lighthouse and lovely Northside Park are both less than a mile away as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I really liked the condo. It was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. It was exactly as described online. The pool was on the same floor I stayed on. The beach was right outside. I could walk to restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay there again

This condo is in the perfect location - steps from the beach and steps from the building's pool. Love the covered parking. 3 bedrooms. Vacasa's app says 6 queen beds, but it's actually 4 queens and 2 full-sized beds. Beds were fine - lumpy in our room as you'd expect from a rental. I like a firm mattress though so it might be fine for others. Bathrooms and kitchen were great, no complaints. The place was not cleaned before we got there. Linens were changed on beds but rest of home wasn't clean. We cleaned ourselves and later called Vacasa. They were very responsive and brought us clean towels as requested. We requested a refund on cleaning fee and initially they said yes but then barely responded to future messages. They explained that in the email it says any cleaning issues should be reported and they'd send someone out immediately. They still were going to refund us, but then stopped texting back. I gave up 3 weeks after we got home. The balcony and view of the beach is really nice. The layout of the condo is great because the 2 bedrooms in the front of the condo are quiet while people are in the kitchen & living room. The master is next to the living room so I'm not sure how that one was with noise, but our family didn't mention any complaints! Kitchen was well appointed. FYI- the coffee maker isn't a Keurig so bring other coffee. Check in & out was easy as it was last year with Vacasa. The office for picking up and dropping off keys is right near the condo.
