Amazing 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathrooms just a couple of minutes walking from the most popular beach in Playa del Carmen: Mamitas. Sleeps 6 people comfortably in three bedrooms, the main one with a king bed and en suite bathrooms, another with a double bed and a third one with two single beds. The condo has a beautiful large integrated fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room with a large table. Walk out and enjoy a refreshing swim in a beautiful pool only steps away.
With its own private parking area, only one block away from the 5th. Ave with its large variety of restaurants and shops. Mamitas beach and beach club is only a block away! Even though it’s in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown Playa, the condo is very quiet and perfect to rest and spend more secluded time with your family. Normal usage of electricity included at21kw a day, if exceeding, it will be charged at 3pesos per kw

Nice, clean and safe property, was a bit challenging to find the property in the dark.
Location was great, short walk to the beach, and to the street market. The condo could use a fresh coat of paint, but it was in great shape.
Family enjoyed the pool to cool down in. The music from the restaurant close by got a bit loud a couple times during the day, but it was to be expected from the location of the condo. Property owner was awesome to communicate with.
I would definitely stay again.

Well this was a last minute rent due to another tenant canceling on me the day of the trip. It's a decent place to stay.
