We are a professional vacation rental company managing several residences in this building. All units are maintained to the same high standard with quality furnishings, though décor may vary slightly depending on availability.

The place was fantastic. Very clean and cozy, each room had a tv and pillows and extra blankets. The air was great. They left everything we needed. I could have easily moved in and lived there forever.

Second time staying at this building. Loved it last year. This year, the unit was more tired but still acceptable. Two major issues, though: (1) security. Twice someone just walked in on us without knocking. Once it was a host rep and the other time a cleaning person. Made us feel unsafe and lack of privacy. They also installed washer-dryer unit during our stay, while we were not there. Although informed of this as we arrived it was an inconvenience ESPECIALLY because they were late (outside the time window they had given us). (2) We felt it was not clean. There were hairs everywhere, black marks on the walls, the sofa cushion was upside with Velcro side up to hide dirt, and in general just not fully clean. Worst off, when the washer-dryer install came, they left gross remnants all over the floor. This was all disappointing. We like the location and building. This was just problematic. This is an honest review, we have pics. I don’t like to leave negative reviews (it wasn’t the worst, just problematic, especially for the price), but feel compelled for future seekers.
