We are a professional vacation rental company managing multiple residences in this building. All units are maintained to the same high standard with modern furnishings, though décor may vary slightly depending on availability.

From the location (easy walking to the beach, shops, etc. - even with kids), to the accommodations (clean, comfortable, and quiet), to the hosts (super friendly and helpful), everything was perfect. Of the ~10 VRBOs I've stayed in throughout the US, this was easily the best experience I've had.

Excellent property. Spacious, clean, updated apartment/condo with a great view in an excellent part of the Miami area. Extremely comfortable beds and very nice updated master room shower. Could use a love seat or another sofa in the main room. Garage parking should be included with the rent in the future.
