This townhouse is located between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons; home to the Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, and Alta ski areas, to ensure you can be on the slopes in minutes! Take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances to whip up all your favorite recipes, then break bread or break out the board games at the nearby dining table. Meet up in the comfortable living area with a warming gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels. An additional TV lounge can be found on the lower-level - a great space for the kids to call their own!
Outside, the furnished patio is where you'll find a private hot tub to help soothe those slope-weary muscles in winter as well as a gas grill and a table and chairs for summertime cookouts. And for sleeping options, Cottonwood Heaven offers four cozy bedrooms including a private room on the lower-level plus three additional rooms on the top-floor.

Ski shuttle details: There are several park n rides parking lots with city bus transportation to the ski slopes for a small fee.

The pictures do not provide a good view of the property. It exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space, hot tub worked great, plenty of towels, very clean, comfortable beds. We will rent this property again if going to Utah to ski.

This home is ideally situated between the two Cottonwood canyons. The recently upgraded bathrooms were a nice surprise and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. Vacasa staff were readily available and responsive.

We rented this unit for Christmas. The location is great for skiing in big and little cottonwood and was close to our family that lives in Cottonwood Heights. We did not use the hot tub. The units are close together and there is no privacy between patios which makes getting in the hot tub awkward. The main reason we would not stay again is because the mattresses are horribly hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were equally as uncomfortable-we ended up buying our own. The family room furniture is also stiff and uncomfortable. Finally- there are no king size beds even in the very large master bedroom and downstairs suite. Unfortunately the location can not make up for the lack of sleep and comfort when vacationing for a week over the holidays.
