Location and the town, the views, the garden and pool (my kid loved it!), house is decently comfortable and spacious. Owners are kind and available.
Depending on neighbours it can be noisy, especially if you have them upstairs. Like many old houses in Cantabria the bathroom smelled a bit of sewerage. Another note, great terrace to hang out, unless your neighbours smoke, because the terraces are adjacent. Maybe a good idea would be to forbid smoke outside too. Kitchen equipment a bit old and could use a refresh.

El apartamento, la nevera y el menaje de cocina y utensilios necesitan cambiarse. Eso unido a que la limpieza no es de 10, hace que la experiencia no haya sido tan buena como esperaba
