Up to 10 guests will feel right at home in this beautifully renovated single story, 4 bed, 2.5 bath smart home which features hickory hardwood floors, Rinnai gas tankless hot water heater, high speed WIFI internet, a NEST thermostat, Google mesh smart router, updated recessed can lighting and plenty of windows with blinds throughout. Guests can access home by self-check-in with digital combination code at front door.

The open floorplan features 2 living areas, and the chef inspired kitchen features Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new shaker cabinets, French door refrigerator with ice maker, dual ovens with warming drawer, 5 burner GAS range with griddle and wok ring. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker which features single serve and coffee pot options, blender, microwave oven, Crock pot, and 4 slice toaster, as well as pots, pans, baking sheets, and all the kitchen utensils one could ever need!

The family room features a 60” flat screen TV with ROKU & blue ray player, fireplace with candle lanterns, and a solid wood FOOSBALL coffee table. The open living and dining room with HALF BATH can be closed off using the convenient pocket doors for quiet conversation, and features a queen sleeper sofa with a 5” memory foam mattress and 2 recliners, as well as a 6 person dining room table.

The split floorplan features a master bedroom with a KING bed, comfortable 12” pillow top mattress, en-suite bath with double vanity, tub/rain head shower, walk-in closet, and a 55” flat screen smart TV with ROKU & blue ray player, digital over the air channels, plush carpeting, and luggage rack.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 feature KING beds with comfortable 12” pillow top mattresses, 50” flat screen TV with ROKU & blue ray player, digital over the air channels, plush carpeting, and luggage rack.

Bedroom #4 features a twin & full bunk bed with 8” memory foam mattress, 42” flat screen TV with ROKU, blue ray player, digital over the air channels, and plush carpeting.

The 2nd full bath features a tub/rain head shower, and is adjacent to bedrooms #2, #3, & #4.

The tiled floor sun/game room features private views of the beautiful back yard, an AIR HOCKEY table, bar height pub table and chairs for hours of entertainment! There are also various board games, Trivial Pursuit games, etc.

The large back yard features a NEW 16'x28' Deck with adirondack chairs and a stainless steel GAS GRILL, shaded canopy of live oaks that are over 100 years old, a patio table and chair set, as well as a FIRE PIT and chairs for your entertainment!

There is a CORN HOLE bean bag toss game and an electronic BASKETBALL arcade game in the garage for your entertainment.

For those laid back beach days, we have provided beach chairs in the garage for your use.

wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination of surfaces.
-We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
-We provide extra cleaning supplies in the home, so if you choose you can clean during your stay.
-We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
