We're friends from grade and high school in PA who now live elsewhere and don't get together too often. We're so happy that we got together in Charleston area and loved the house. It's location was perfect for seeing Mt Pleasant, the beaches and getting to Charleston Visitors' Center. We loved the amenities in the house, and we wished it was warmer weather to sit out back.

When reservation first made, hoped there would be 5 of us. Ended up with only 3, but we each had our privacy and a large dining room table to hang out at. Location of house was perfect, not just to beach but to Visitors' hub in downtown Charleston. Should have stayed longer.

Layout was kinda cool. We Could spread out. Ample parking. House appeared to be clean however after a couple days we noticed issues like finding dead roaches in the kitchen. We could tell there must’ve been a rodent problem also given that there were traps in the garage. We could hear something knocking stuff over in the garage at night and perhaps under the house or in the walls. The final bad thing that occurred was one of our travelers broke out in a rash, and after diagnosis today we found that they were bitten by bedbugs. Sofa and chairs were comfortable. Dining room table was good size bathrooms were dated and toilet was loose in one of the bathrooms.
