Modern Boho 2 BR Condo in the heart of Raleigh

This is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Very understanding and communicative!! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!!

The only downside might be the stairs that go upstairs to the bedrooms- just be aware if you have little kids or mobility challenged folks. Otherwise it met our needs!

Very cozy and clean. Close to nearby sites and easy to get to. Host very responsive and very nice. Enjoyed our stay here.

Hello, We enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent for our needs. Our host quickly responded to questions we had which was appreciated.A few things about the stay. There is a missing lightbulb in one of the night stands in the bedrooms. One item, most likely the floor mat, in the bathroom had a distinct smell that was not fresh and should be replaced. The TV access should be listed as requiring an Amazon account. It was not easy to sign up for a free Amazon trial account and the connection did not go through on the TV, so we were not able to watch TV for the local weather, etc. The most important issue for this rental is the unfortunate co-mingling of HVAC with other neighboring tenants. At least one neighboring tenant is a heavy user of marijuana. Each time we arrived back at the condo, we had to open windows and doors because it smelled so strong of weed inside our unit. It also happened while we were in the condo. The smell was not as bad outside which is why we feel it was related to the air filter units throughout the overall condo system. You may have to list this condo as a smoking location.
