If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). From the time I stepped into the home, I was blown away! Perfect size for a small group of friends and the layout is great. Very comfortable beds and living room. The pool and lanai made the evenings wonderful after a fun day at the beach. It is an awesome home I look forward to staying at again!

Loved the heated pool. Place could use an upgrade in outdoor furniture but I side is great. Internet was spotty. Decent overall stay.

The inside of the house was very very clean and had everything we needed to move right in. There were some boxes of food, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, good amount of dishes and cooking utensils and pots and pans. But discovering that we would have to pay $32/day plus tax to heat the pool was a shock. That was not mentioned in the contract that we had.
Generally the outside was not so good. The outdoor furniture was covered with black mold. I spent the first two days, taking the slip covers off, washing them and replacing them, and was compensated $60 to do that. The blue patio furniture was peeling and the outdoor wooden chase lounges were broken as was the screen door to the lanai.
The property is located on a very busy road and the neighbors are very close by.
All that being said, the weather was fantastic, and it was a real joy to be in an area with so much sunshine and longer days than up north. Our main disappointment was the extra cost to heat the pool. If there had been a solar cover for the pool with the weather sunny and in the 80s, I’m sure that would’ve heated it enough.
