Property Locations & Access: Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, and beyond. Cape Coral is served by Southwest International Airport (RSW) which is about 30 minutes drive. Otherwise, both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about two hours drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75. For guests arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and perhaps creating a two centre holiday, Cape Coral is about a 3 hour drive South using I-4 and I-75. The journey is quite simple using basically just 2 Interstates. The property is located in the desirable South West area of Cape Coral where many of the homes are waterfront.

This place was amazing! Super clean, fully stocked. Pet friendly. Great out door space. The pool was great. We stayed outside most of the time. Did a little fishing! Grilled food the entire weekend. It was great! Julia was supet helpful and friendly! We loved our stay and will be back!

Julia was a fantastic host and the communication was great. The location was great and convenient to everything that we needed. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The screened in patio and pool, overlooking the canal was our favorite feature. It was so relaxing and when you stepped outside to the patio, you could feel yourself decompress immediately.
We found ourselves spending most of our time there and ate all of our meals there. Our 5-night stay was perfect and I certainly would recommend to family or friends.

The home…size, location and canal was very nice.. The beds very comfortable, plenty of sheets and towels and kitchen well equipped with dishes glasses, silverware etc...home very spacious and open.
Home is very close to markets and restaurants.
For a long term stay..
We would recommend towel bar and robe/ towel hooks for bathroom, grab bars in both bathrooms as a safety
precaution and an upgrade with the vacuum.
Home does not provide cable or satellite tv, streaming only.
